O'Dell Personal Assistant is a private personal productivity application operated solely for its owner's use. This policy explains how the application accesses and uses Google user data.

How data is used

Google user data is used only to perform tasks requested or scheduled by the owner, such as searching email, sending owner-approved messages, reviewing or managing calendar information, and reading, creating, or updating the owner's files and documents.

Storage and security

OAuth credentials and operational data are stored in access-controlled systems used by the owner. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect credentials and data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Data is retained only as needed to provide the requested functionality or preserve records the owner chooses to keep.

Sharing and sale

Google user data is not sold. It is not used for advertising, credit decisions, or surveillance. It is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide owner-requested functionality, comply with law, protect security, or operate service providers acting on the owner's behalf under appropriate safeguards.

Google API Services User Data Policy

O'Dell Personal Assistant's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access and deletion

The owner can revoke the application's Google access at any time from the Google Account's third-party connections page. The owner may also request deletion of locally retained application data and credentials.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the application's functionality or legal obligations change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
